Returns and Exchanges

Accuracy of Content
We take care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of publication. While the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.

RETURNS
1. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the receipt of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

2. We only allow returns if they are defective or damaged. In such unlikely event, please email us a photo of the defect(s) within 48 hours and we will get back to you.
If you believe that you have received an item by mistake, please email us and we will resolve your issue for you as soon as possible.

3.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

4. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

4. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS
5. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We will do our best to process your refund as soon as possible.

LATE or MISSING REFUNDS
6. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS
7. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES
8.1 Defective or damaged items
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged.  In such unlikely event, please email us a photo of the defect(s) within 48 hours and we will get back to you.
8.2 Wrong Sizes
Please take note that we do not exchange if wrong sizes of apparels are ordered, as sizing charts are provided at all relevant product pages. Please check the size chart carefully before ordering. Best way to get the right size is to measure your best fitting tshirt from your wardrobe (Width from pit to pit - measured by putting one end of measuring tape at bottom of the armpit of the tshirt and meausre straight across to the bottom of the other armpit).
8.3 Receive wrong items
If you believe that you have received an item by mistake, please email us and we will resolve your issue for you as soon as possible.

SHIPPING COSTS
9. You will be responsible for paying for all shipping costs for returning or exchanging your eligible item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
